Revv Oakland to Host UX Pittsburgh Discussion

“Big Data in the Enterprise: From ‘Information’ to ‘Insight’” will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2013 at Revv Oakland. The discussion will outline the advancement of big data and take a look at what the vision of the future will be, presented by Adi Veerubhotla.

Veerubhotla’s background in software and big data exploration makes her an expert in analyzing data and abstracting information to gain a better insight.

Also during the event, Pat Stroh, Vice President of Data Science and Consulting Services at Precision Dialogue, will present “Big/Fast Data, Predictive/Trigger Models, and Relevant User Contacts.”

This event is put on by UX Pittsburgh, a forum of UX designers, software engineers, developers, and more, who meet to discuss, share, and learn about topics related to user experience. The event is also co-sponsored by Gatesman+Dave.

Revv Oakland is a coworking community for Pittsburgh technology start-ups located at 22 Meyran Ave in Oakland. It offers inexpensive working space to companies in their infancy so that they can put their focus into building their business.
