OBID Board of Directors

The OBID is managed by a Board of Directors made up of 27 individuals representing the various stakeholders of Oakland.

The OBID By-Laws ensure that all stakeholders of the OBID are equally represented on the Board, including owners of both large and small commercial properties, tenants (business owners), the educational and medical institutions, City of Pittsburgh government and neighborhood organizations. Board of Directors are elected by the OBID membership at large at the OBID Annual Meeting. Each Board member serves a three-year term, with Board officers serving one year terms, except for the Board Chair who serves a two year term.
